There were 2 short videos of snippets from an upcoming project. It seemed to continue the flavor of innocence reaches with lyrics similar to PS, Wish i had written them down.

He posted ~tmrw~ on fb and instagram with a small clip of the Heimdalsgate video. This year is 10 years since Hissing Fauna (January though) so could it be some sort of anniversary thing? Seems odd to use an old video to hint at new music. Who knows though, we'll see tomorrow

An expanded anniversary edition with that kinda stuff would be cool. Like the OK Computer one Radiohead just announced

Throwing my money in the ring that it's a Hissing Fauna expanded remaster - reason it's coming so late is I think perhaps Polyvinyl didn't realize what kind of market would exist for that until all those commemorative articles came out earlier this year still lauding that record as one of the best indie albums of the 00s.

As far as what would be on it - the usual B-sides (Noir Blues, Our Love Is Senile, Subtext Read, and I think Psychotic Feeling) but I know at the very least we're missing recordings of Pussy Freak, the original super long Past Is A Grotesque Animal (they would be silly not to release this as that would be an instant selling point as that song was a huge critical darling), the song Brian and him collaborated on at the time that sounded like the band Television... Maybe the MySpace Skeletal Lamping demos that came out before the album was even released...

That's a good point about PV not realizing. I could see that happening. It'd be real cool to get something more than the usual b-sides from that era, I'd love some nicer sounding versions of those myspace tracks
