I was in my English prof's apartment a few months ago and she had a cd on her desk which read: Beulah - Yoko. I hadn't heard it so I asked her if I could borrow it. I gave it a spin and it was awesome. Then I bought a copy and there were four songs on it that weren't on the album. Two were instrumental ambient pieces, and it wouldn't surprise me if they weren't Beulah at all. The third was a real swinging jazz track with piano, guitar and trumpet, it sounded as if conceivably it might be Beulah, but I don't know for sure. The fourth song I don't know the name of, but it definately has vocals on it, and its definately Miles. Has anyone come across any of these songs? I was online and found an awesome acoustic version of You're Only King Once. Is this off of the demo CD someone mentioned in another post? Where can I find a copy of that? Thanks a lot

answered part of my own question: for anyone who's interested you can by the Yoko demo off of the beulah website, check the merchandise section, and you just send 12 bucks to miles and he sends you a tape.

interesting thing: "me and jesus don't talk anymore" originated as the song "waiting for sunset" which you can find on elephant6.com under the beualh mp3's, its listed as a B-side to the coast is never clear. i searched on allmusic.com to see if i could find if it appeared on any albums or compilations under that name. allmusic didn't have a record of the song "waiting for sunset" anywhere, but it did have a record of the song "waiting for sunrise" by none other than Yoko Ono. an amusing coincidence, eh?
