there's something to pull you back in.
thank you, half handed, for your generous three star album review. this might have been the funniest thing to come out of the name googling game since somebody found a picture of charlie gokey, convict looking for love.

"This is a good album. I was a little disappointed that Charlie didn't give any thanks to the Elephant 6 Townhall, which nurtured him both as a musician and a person. We suffered through his dumbass posts about going to college, blatant advertisements for his band, the Foliage (their original name before the (Black) Foliage and the White Foliage), and his arrogant, snot-nosed demeanor. He even looks like a "Dawson's Creek" character! We all object that he wrote a song called "Drug Song," which we consider to be immoral but, hey, he's an artist.

Charlie should stop fighting with Half-Handed, then maybe he won't do so many drugs. Ouch my phantom limb, indeed."

i'll thank the board in the notes to our next one, particularly justin and stephanie for taking such good care of us back in the day.

ps. i don't think it's my antagonism driving you to drugs; my money is on whatever personality disorder this sort of thing is a symptom of.

Hey Charlie, nice to hear from you again!

You're welcome to come on back and stay with us in Toledo anytime. There's actually quite a little scene that has developed, and shows have been better since the double-booking thing;) We even had a well attended show with Elf Power!

Don't be a stranger!

sorry i haven't been around, i've been living in internet-less places and lost track of a lot of things. right now i'm working at the experimental sound studio in chicago.

Thanks, man. We're working on some final mixes and stuff. For a first recording. More soon to follow.

Also, Chicago is pretty close!

i'd invite you to visit if i wasn't going to leave the country in a few days (italy) and then move back to minneapolis when i return. are you dudes going to tour any time soon? i run a small college venue near the twin cities, i'd love to book you sometime.

i promise that i won't double book with hair-metal night.
...although those folks were remarkably receptive.
