i don't really know much about this, but i need to improve my ration on oinks and upload some torrents and i was wondering how to record an mp3 that has a bit rate of 192 because oinks is strict about this. I am ripping some stuff from vinyl with audacity, but exporting the file as an mp3 made it 128 kbps.
