never been on here before, but wanted to share the fruits of my labor with those who might appreciate it. i had about 5 people know who i was last night and about 100 people ask me to explain myself.

headpiece was made with a cross stiching hoop and white sheer fabric, back was bonnet-like with a drawstring. it was held up with a bicycle helmet with pencils sticking out of it at about a 45 degree angle under the bonnet. my mom made the dress.

Excellent! i didn't wear a costume, but explained to everyone that i was the most terrifying entity i could think of

That's amazing. I once made a student film with a friend and basically dressed up as Jeff Mangum. I'll see if I can get a pic...

That's what me and my wife were last year. Except she was Daisy.

This year we were Vincent and Jules from Pulp Fiction. Pictures forthcoming.
