Video from 94? [Archive]

Just noticed this video on youtube today. It says: "they opened for elf power at the august 94 shoebox show in athens."

I can't see who plays bass and who's on drums. Does anybody know?

1994? i would think 1995.
probably spring.

Thank you Brian. I think it's 1995 but maybe august. On Elf Power's live archive, they say they played with OTC in august 95.

She now plays in a band called Jackpot City . . . I'm sure she was in a bunch of bands previously, but that's the only one I know.
