In the spirit of our previous discussions.. I would like to say that mint chocolate chip is my favorite ice cream in the whole wide world..

I know many of you are vegetarians, so this discussion may or may not apply to you... (is there vegan ice cream? I don't even know..)

i know this may seem a little boring, but i love blue bell (maybe a southern thing) plain vanilla with some chocolate syrup all mixed together into a delightful treat.

this is really strange. i am not sure if norman and i have ever talked about this before, but plain homade vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup is my favorite too! my second favorite is mint chocolate chip, but homade vanilla just takes the cake!

hmmm..this is such a difficult topic. i love ben and jerry's ice creams. it always takes me forever to pick a flavor out. panda paws is really good to. mint chocolate ice cream also gets my vote.

if you're ever in henrietta, ohio (rt 113, lorain county), you must go to miller's homemade ice cream. it's this little roadside stand and their ice cream is super amazing, especially the peach and the pumpkin.

oh, and for that vegan ice cream question- i know that theres some stuff called "rice dream" thats actually not as bad as eating tar... its kinda yummy. most healthfood stores here sell it....

finally found the DQ in los angeles, there are only two in the whole city. I've been missing blizzards for months, or since I moved out here from georgia, where the dairy queen is as rampant as the kudzu.

oh i know... the horror the horror!!!

but its the choice between drugs drugs drugs and more drugs or this new funky mega-vitamin theropy called E.M.Power that kicks depressions ass!!! (or manic depression, in my cases) The only drawback is that you have to cutback BIGTIME on white flour, white sugar, milk products, drugs, caffiene, alcohol and anything like chips that are full of chemicals... its not THAT bad- i mean im getting super healthy (and losing weight... not that i care....!) and im finding lots of alternative yummy things.

but hey, when of montreal's so SWEEEET, who needs sugar! :D

Yeah, i always have to take a stab at the non-conventional way of things... im still not sure if thats a good thing.....
I'm still not sure what the whole idea behind these vitamins is, but its all got something to do with stablizing your brain's somethings and making everything so super super healty that every thing just runs tickety-boo (eee, i sound like my mom) including your brain, so its good for manic depression and controling mood swings.

you'd think a bunch of vitamins would have fewer side effects than any drugs, but these things do sooo many kooky things to your whole body, and your (my) brain especially. that should go away soon.....

i live right by a nice health food store with tons of great alternative foods, so i'll survive with the food bit.... its really not that bad. the worst part is ANY of the hospital food. you know how everything tastes like chicken? well the hospital can't even get chicken to taste like chicken.

ladylamenting, i'll live without the cupcakes, but ive always wanted a pet goat or llama...
