That's the only item of his that hasn't been bid on.

Also, his drawing is a lot cooler than mine.

I'm pretty surprised that this hasn't been bid on..perhaps people are wary of fakes? It looks authentic to me.

Hopefully Jeff will take note and do some more to stop fans getting ripped off (but what are the chances of that?).
i wasnt referring to the drawing..i was referring to this thread

..says the guy who had the foresight to buy *2* drawings. lol

Haha! Well, I'll admit that's a lot of the reason why.

I learned my lesson after only buying one "Colin Meloy Sings Morrissey," which have subsequently gone for upwards of $500 on eBay.

jeeez, i was just dumb about a year back and put off buying a drawing.... when i finally thought about it they where all gone.. is this the first one of these to go on ebay?

Why did bambogumbo bid 140$ when he was the high bidder with 100$? Is this some crazy online auction dance i, as a non e-bayer, have not the ability to appreciate and revel in? if so, pirroutte on ye bidders, with thine watchful eyes and ready hands, moments away from usrping he bold enough to be highest bidder! may the most likely xerox-ed copy of the sort of valube sketch of mangum's be yours!

its been awhile since i ebayed but
i think that means he set a high bid at say 160 or so
and someone tried to outbid him and put 140
the price goes up to 140 from the original price
he still has the high bid but he has to pay more
i think that is how it works
sorry im really bad at explaining things

Geez... if I never need extra cash... I have 2 drawings as well... well, 3 i guess with the one they sent with the live lp.

did you notice that the sketch is not credited to Jeff Mangum, but to Jeff Magnum? hmmmm.

That's the worst second guessing I've heard in a long time.

I don't know, there's some stiff competition.

Looks like another listing is up:

Jeff Drawing (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&viewitem=&item=200046128013&rd=1&rd=1)

I'd probably pay up to $30 or $40 for this, but I guess I'd be left in the dust :(

well it's at $200 now. van gogh couldn't imagine selling his paintings for this much when he was alive. jeff mangum is a certified top-dollar artist now i guess.

I think I'll hold on to mine for another 10 years, then sell it to the rock and roll hall of fame. These guys are suckers for selling so early.
