I took one tap dance lesson, and I use it rather frequently. Its my happy dance... So when something goes my way, I do my little routine that I learned in my only tap dance lesson..

It does come in handy!

I know how to do the Piglet Trot/the Piglet Jig VERY well professionally...thats it though...I donce and sing whenever I'm somewhere outside of my room, so I'm kept in my room usually unless I'm requested to be used in a show, thats only when the local circus does their trance shows though.

I saw this band called Tilly and the Wall open up for Bright Eyes last time I saw them and they have a tap dancer keeping the beat and sweating her ass off. It is quite amazing to witness. The band by the way is great, they are so much fun and the songs rule.

I was just looking through the library at the preschool where I am working and I found a book titled "Tillie and the Wall." I have not yet read it, but will real soon.
