What happened?

god came down from outer space and said you shall not pass. life seekers, all stuck in the traffic on highway blahh...., took the first exit to no where. Arriving at moodys dinner, there was a great feast, and culture began to thrive. But, as more and more accidents began to occur on highway blahh....due to impatience, economics, and paris hilton, more and more people began to take the back roads and arrive at moody's dinner. Moody's, being a small dinner, began to fill with people until it looked like a phone booth stuffing contest from 1953, though sweaters and pleated skirts were missing. TO accomodate, Mrs. Moody, the owner of moody had to direct every one out side. However, this meant that every one who knew eachother got lost. that is what happened to the town hall.

Mostly right, except that "moody's dinner" was actually Half-Handed's Diner and "Mrs. Moody" was actually Mrs. Half-Handed.
