Are the t-shirts men's sizes? And is the black NMH t-shirt American Apparel brand too?

the black one isn't american apparel (unfortunately because i am a skinny guy and those are prime), it is a men's size but the shirt is either heavy cotton or heavyweight i can't remember which.
