Friends

The Gruntled Mr.K will be appearing at an Imaginary Holiday gathering Saturday in the lovely town of Annandale-on-Hudson in close proximity to the Hudson river in New York. The evening will feature a sit down Dinner, Games, Dinner Entertainment, a Song or Two, and other rarely glimpsed Enchantments.

This Evening is intended for a very small number of attendees, being an Imaginary Holiday Gathering and not a show, however, should anyone wish badly to attend: contact Mr.Night of Bard College mightywingtheory@msn.com

He will grant you further information.

In order to gain admittance:

One must bring an Item of food, drink, or desert (homemade or purchased) to be shared with others (No meat please).

One must bring with them a Silence or Hush, such as snow newly falling on your street or heads on desks in the schoolroom when the teacher's yelling's ceased. The collected silences to be put on exhibit.

Thank You.

I've inquired, though I'm slightly confused and equally amused.

I go to Bard! Oh my, this is amazing!
But our circus is the same night and I'm a principal musician for it... what should I do?

Maybe Julian would like to see our circus? It's at 9 PM..

I go to Marist, which is about 20 minutes from Bard. I think I need to go change my pants. My dearest and most sincere thanks to the original poster of this thread.

Hey!
I was hoping to meet you there but I guess I didn't.
What an amazing night!

I don't know how, except that perhaps we all imagined it.

p.s. The circus went really well and it didn't rain!

I was the guy with the red shirt, jeans, and newsboy cap. Who were you?

I think Julian is the single most unique and intriguing person I've ever met. He is totally real and exists in his own world completly, which, fortunetly for us, slighly overlaps with this world.

But a truely wonderful night, wonderful stories, wonderful music, wonderful games, wonderful entertainment, and the end (i've been trying to come up with explainations but none so far are even remotly plausible) was one of the most......I can't even describe it with words. It was something.

I sincerly hope he continues to do these things cause it was really cool.

no, it wasn't imagined. it was all very, very real, in the sense that the "imaginary" (the part of us we tell ourselves is crazy, is unreal, is illogical, is unimportant) is more real than anything we know.

Yes, exactly, the imaginary nature of the reality is what made it special.

Wingedfeet - I was the guy with big blond dreads and a stripey vest who played accordion in the circus (if you made it there beforehand).
