It's not really a parody. But the original comment about Disconnect the Dots made me think of a goofy lil' country version of the song that me and my friends through together. I have it on my myspace.

ha, rodeohead. i like that. That song isn't anything serious, just something we recorded live one night. For the hell of it.

My current powerpop-ish band I'm working on is kind of influenced by kara's flowers. I love that one album they had. I kind of dig Maroon 5, in small quantities. I don't like it nearly as much as their Kara's Flowers stuff.
