Hi all.

I just wanted to take a moment to personally invite you to the Essex Green concert we're putting on in Grand Rapids, MI on Sept. 16. As you can tell from the tour dates, it will be the only MI stop the band will have this time out. I believe it's also the closest show for any Ontario resident with a penchant for travel. Support comes from the sugary-sweet Icicles (Drive In Records) as well as the late addition of Paper Moon...a fantastic pop band from Winnipeg, MB (Endearing Records). Three great bands, an all ages show at an intimate venue, and it's only $5. How could you lose?

We hope to see you there.

Best,
Shawn

Thanks for the invitation! I'm sorry to be geographically uncompatible with you. I'd love to see the Icicles; I missed them when they were here last fall. Hope you get a good turnout!

Yeah, I was going to make a similar invite when the Sixth Great Lake show got a little closer. Anyone in the area should definitely come by for that one...it's a free show!
