hey sooo whats everyone doing for valentines day?

hah main reason i ask is.. well i am trying to think up fun things to do with my gf and well hah i need some inspiration i guess...
what i got so far is
for dinner im thinking either make it together or like some dumb restaraunt...
bonfire
and while we do that we color coloring books....
maybe a walk...
who knows
its hard to think of good stuff when the weather is the way it is... thats why i dont even know if a bonfire will work cause of the cold... hmm.. well if anyone has any nice ideas post em, i just need some inspiration i think:)

There is no Valentines Day.

I'm making my girlfriend some badges, and writing/drawing a story. Hopefully. And I think we're going to see Breakfast at Tiffanys.

I don't really agree with Valentines Day, but she does, so what the hell.

I forgot all about Valentine's.... I accidentally asked a girl to a concert that day and I think she got the wrong idea... I just wanted somebody to come see Foxy Shazam! with me (incidentally, I had the date a full month off, it's march 14). She was cute... oops. She's probably creeped out now.

i like the idea of making a meal together. bonfire sounds nice, but only if you're going to fly out here for it! :) be sure to make a gooey-sweet dessert with lots of chocolate..... mmmmmmm

we are probably going to go out for a meal with our little daughter. we like to hang out all together when we can, and we have plenty of 'romantic' times just the two of us, so v-day doesn't have to be that. there is a pretty good vegan restaurant in town with a cozy hippy vibe that we like, probably go there. valentine's isn't really my thing.

some random advice applicable all year: never by a girl jewelry. she'd rather have something you made with your own hands or a poem you wrote (even if it is totally off-topic haiku or something!) than some mass-produced mall jewelry. just a thought.

Yeah, but there is a gift worse than jewelry: perfume. I have perfume well over 10 years old that I just don't wear, I can't stand the stuff. I don't mind jewelry if its cheap and fun, I don't like expensive stuff. For example, a friend of mine got a £500 white gold necklace from her boyfriend, I mean what the hell?!?!? Thats over a month's rent! And its so easy to loose! :mad: But she liked it so I guess thats the important thing.

im also making my girlfreind a story that i am writing and illustrating.. hmmmm... i also got her two stuffed animals that look like the main characters... so i think that will be good. hah great minds think alike or something right?

Valentines is fun. I got the Belle & Sebastian and Marbles albums, among other things. Too much? I guess. And a double yes considering neither of us believe in Valentine's Day in the first place. A triple yes considering I only made her a mixtape and got some Indian sweets. Aces.
