I love the end of the e-bay review: sure to be a big hit with the pre-K set in your household.

I am finally into this album. I can't get over how lovely it is. I have started exhausting my Of Montreal CD's and after Cherry Peel I started listening to this and now I can't stop!

Well, Cherry Peel came before Bedside Drama, but yeah, you can definately see Kevin's evolution... Kevolution? You can see the boy inside the Nordic handball fungus turn into a man. An eBrownie to anyone who gets that.

Bedside Drama is fantastic; I wish I had a copy of it, other than the one I downloaded from OiNK. That and "Big Oil" are the only Of Montreal albums that I don't own (except any vinyl-only things/singles).
I wish it were possible to find for a relatively cheap price--it's so expensive everywhere I see it. :(

Why don't you pick up Big Oil?

I'm going to pick up Big Oil when I get the chance, and not listen to Half-Handed, because he knows nothing.

I got my copy at Amoeba. When I go again this weekend I will see if they have any copies and then I will sell them to you at the normal price. So hopefully they have some.

I would most surely buy one from you, but I'm not sure that I have any money at the moment. In a couple of weeks, I will.

hi, i am new here to the boards. huge OM fan. saw them at Schuba's here in Chicago a year ago or so. i was wondering if anyone could assist me in finding a copy of Bedside Drama for under $20.00 or if anyone could burn it for me. (make a trade for somethin?) i am desperate to have it, but can't find a place that can sell it for my price range. why is it out of print? has there been any news on a reissue? it seems with all the new OM releases some attention could be paid to making BD available again. anyone who could help gets a cookie. i pwomise! :)

A record store in dallas, CD world to be exact, still carries all of these out of print Of Montreal albums. :(
I bought my friend Early 4-track for Christmas and it was sealed and everything

Weird, I went looking tonight for it in Dallas and couldn't find it. I checked both CD Worlds and CD Source.
When did you last check?

They were closed when I rolled by last night. Maybe I'll check it out tonight.
If any of you Dallas area E6ers are over 21 and want to grab a drink some time let me know.

Good Records moved over by the Cavern off of lower greenville as of the beginning of the year. Here (http://music.dallasobserver.com/Issues/2005-11-17/music/isthison.html) is an Observer article discussing the move. I'm down for a drink. Or maybe I'll see you at the OM show in February, just look for the tallest person there. :P

Good point, but I saw guitars and whatnot outside.
I was at the Good Latimer location a few days after Christmas and cleaned up on their 30% off sale. I doubt any rare of montreal will still be around after the move.

You can get some discontinued albums off itunes, for cheap too.
Bedside drama and Aldhils are both going for $4.95. I don't like getting albums off itunes though, i like having the cd - especially Of Montreal because their art is so beautiful
