the engine recording that uses "with endless revision to say what i mean" instead of "the world is all bending and breaking from me". i also liked the san fran version of holland, 1945. it just struck me as energetic and holy since the first time i heard it. i agree though about that version of two headed boy.

I think ferris wheel on fire and sailing through should be on the list! More people should listen to them and they are great from the SF show. Elephant6.com has them.

i didnt like sailing through a lot. its good yes. but ive never been able to listen to it more than ten times in row before getting sick of it. two headed boy part 1 and 2 though... lets just say if jeff got a nickel every time ive listened to it id easily owe him a few thousand dollars.

As far as I've been able to tell, "Communist Daughter" has never been performed live. If it has, it's never been recorded.

If "Tuesday Moon" and "Through My Tears (Message Sent)" are added, I suggest the version of "Tuesday Moon" that's up on Sashwap's site (the separate one, not the one from the Denver show); and the version of "Through My Tears" from the Denver show.
