These three MP3s means Julian's entire discography according to www.elephant6.com is easily accesible.

Does anyone have any of the Chocolate USA tapes of the month or other unreleased Music Tapes/Chocolate USA releases?

Nothing special for the rips, just Turntable into preamp into WinXP machine.

Just make sure you ground the preamp. Mine is grounded to the CPU case.

I record everything into audiograbber (audiograbber.com-us.net) then encode using LAME and Winamp. I research the song as much as I can for the ID3v2 tag and upload to where ever.


As for finding the chocolate usa releases I talked to Julian and the tapes are long missing. My guess is they are in peoples basements and attics, with quite a few in dumpyards. :(

Sometimes you can get Chocolate USA used on Amazon.com or really cheap in record stores or at college radio station sales. I bought Smoke Machine off someone on here.

And I wish I could find those tapes too. I love Chocolate USA.

use search at the top to find the band you want
read the subject heading of the search results and open the message you want
forward the message to your own email account
download the track from your own email account

if your email account cannot accept large attachments (10megs apiece) feel free to invite yourself to gmail using the invite give in the bottom left hand corner of the gmail account.

There is no other one, the original got killed by somebody a long time ago :( ...the only other E6 related account is the NMH bootleg one.
