no, but I want to go to 'What The Heck Fest' in Olympia WA. Four days for $50. Mount Eerie, The Robot Ate Me, Calvin Johnson, Woelv, and many fucking more.

This is really funny... I'm planning on going to Orange Twin in August to see Olivia Tremor Control (Didn't get to this april....) and was thinking about how badly I want to move from where I live because i'm sick of it and the music here isn't as good as anyone says...the kicker? I'm typing this from Olympia, WA where all you wonderful folks are talking about heading to. I don't know if it's really funny, but it tickles me.

How is Orange Twin? I'm excited to visit such a great sounding place.

Hi California
I just went out there a week or so ago (to the land, not California though I would not mind that) with a friend. I only have been to parts of the land and have not seen it all, but what a have seen is very beautiful and quiet, when no one is out there. It is like most wooded settings with little dips and valleys, but it also has a nice area where music is played that has stadium seating formed into the ground, and a small area where grapes are being grown possibily for future bottles of wine. The is a small river that runs through the land and in one section of the river an area has been made to damn up the water creating a great swimming hole. There is a pavilion with some seats scattered around and a piano, that is sort of weathered, but still playable. And mostly there is lots of land and trees with a few trails through it. I am sure that you will love it!! Safe travels.
