What are you doing this weekend?

Just wondering what exciting things you kids have planned for the weekend. I'm stuck at work till 8pm, but then we'll be rounding up our dogs and camping! Maybe I can sit here and envy all of you who are off.....

Since everyone and their dog is out doing something this weekend I am staying home and converting 7"'s to MP3. I also plan to do some house cleaning and other boring chores.

Strange thing is, I havent been home on a weekend for a month, so I look forward to it.

Today I had a delicious breakfast with a friend, lied in my hammock, brushed my dog, and had a cup of tea with another friend. Tomorrow, I think I shall go for a walk. I live a fast-paced life.

today i lay down in my yard and listened to astrud gilberto. afterwards i saw apollo sunshine, it was amazing and they played for almost a full two hours. tomorrow, i will visit my grandmother and take a stroll through the woods.

i'm finally going to mow my lawn. my neighbors are starting to give me funny looks. i was planning on hauling my leaves away but then yesterday a young boy came up to my house and said that he was collecting bags of leaves for a dollar a piece to save up for a trampoline. mostly though, i'm just enjoying the fact that my summer class is over and i'm a free man for the summer. hope it's as nice where you live as it is here.

i was feeling a bit white trash today so i went to a flea market and found an original copy of Public Image Ltd.'s Metal Box in great condition for $37. Needless to say, I was thrilled. Other then that, I've done nothing this weekend.
