so much stuff I want.

Criterion Collection DVDs are expensive.

complete Ezra Pound, and E.E. Cummings books are expensive.

Lydia Lunch has a fairly large back catalog.

So, making money and room for the new, and getting rid of the stuff I never listened to. The only stuff I'll possibly miss is the Black Swan Network stuff since I don't have those on CD and can't make copies of them easily.

But e.e. cummings is grand!

My favorite poet. I recieved the complete works for Christmas one year and I love it!

It's easier to get famous poets from the library than rare vinyl.

I don't like Pound much myself. The Cantos are imho unreadable, but I do like his imagist-y stuff: "petals on a wet, black bough." Anyway, he was a fascist.

My new favorite poet is Lorine Niedecker, who lived her whole life on a little island in northern Wisconsin.

i've been buying alot of complete poetry books lately: Arthur Rimbaud, Walt Whitman, William Blake, and Allen Ginsberg most recently. I have Selected Poems of e.e. cummings, and Ezra Pound books - I like them both.

William Blake bores me a bit, Whitman I can't easily get into - I figured they'd be good to look into since they're major influential poets. I love Allen Ginsberg though. I don't see him as being boring in the least. I haven't gotten around to reading his 70s/80s more political stuff - but "Howl and Other Poems" is one of my favorites. Him and e.e. cummings are my favorites. I'll look into Philip Larkin.

You might have a go at Wallace Stevens too.
