just yesterday I bought these albums:
the Datsuns: Outta Sight/Outta Mind... produced by John Paul Jones (he's my idol :o)... a good rockin album, all around.
Trail of Dead: Worlds Apart... quite haunting. quite good. I dig it.
The Soundtrack of our Lives: Origin Vol. 1... this may just be my favourite album yet by these guys. some good stuff, a little more experimental than their last release, I believe.
your thoughts?

Sonic Youth --EVOL album evokes such a wonderful memories. Hope your enjoying it william.
When I first heard it I was young , had just bought my first guitar and for two years literally banged the shit out of my guitar trying to emulate Sonic Youth without the informed knowledge that what they were doing was extremely difficult and structured. Eventually I blew my amp and sadly didn't touch a guitar for almost ten years
recently I have purchased
Major organ and his adding machine
the latest six organs of admittance album
and the tall dwarves - 50 flavours of glue

It didn't have a cover on it so I made my own .
Is the late music CD as good or better, also when will it be made avalible again. I heard cloud recordings were re issuing some old stuff . is this true? where am i from? , what is that ?does anyone understand ?

The new Yo La Tengo collection is OK, but not a patch on the three or four YLT compilations I've made for friends over the years...
Been listening to The Golden River by Frog Eyes and The Captain is Dead by Minus Story, both of which are great.
I got Nino Rojo by Devendra Banhart and Emoh by Lou Barlow for my birthday, both of which are a disappointment.
