two songs are glitchy and will be put up Monday. please e-mail me if others are. the August show is awesome, i think (it's been a while). even if i already gave it to you, i cleaned up the sound a lot because the bass was drowning everything and the vocals were too low, so you may want to download it here.

using new recording equipment to capture uberhip 78s like "Froggy Went A'Courtin" digitally. My grandpa played it on the gramophone and sang it to my dad when he was a baby during World War II and Dad sang it to me when I was little. I never knew it was on record until I inherited the player. Very sweet.

Nice nice :D
One question though, is there a "song 6" on the London show? Because it goes from 5 right to 7 in the song names...

oops. no, there is no song missing. i renamed them so it doesn't look like there is. also, all the tracks are up now. by the way, note that at least two have the same titles (like 01_OhComely.mp3) so if you download them, make folders first for each show and put them in there immediately.

I will leave these up through the weekend at least.
A few nights ago I had a dream that I broke into the Museum of Modern Art in NY with all 230 toes of the Polyphonic Spree. We had a good time.

i've been hooked since their first show opening for grandaddy. being in austin, i have had many opportunities to see them here and in dallas (their hometown) many times since. they never cease to amaze me. they've definately hit it big now i guess, with a deal on disney's hollywood records and a song on a vw bug commercial and another one i can't remember. i was kind of dissappointed with the fact that they're disney property now, i mean, considering disney is so very evil (not walt mind you). i know they had other offers but i guess you just can't turn down those mickeybucks. at least their touring logistics will be better taken care of and they'll have plenty of cash to record with.
anyway, i'm looking forward to the next album, and though i usually don't support disney, i'll have to pick up a copy.
