Wait a sec- what is this blurb of montreal got on the OC tonight?

first off what is a blurb? and then how did of montreal get a blurb on that god awful show. can someone please tell me all about it so come next monday i will know why all the teen preps at my school will be sporting one or two of montreal songs on their shiny ipods.

i didn't see it but i think what was meant by the blurb is that at the end of each show they say "music from..." and i guess yesterday, 'cause they played requiem for o.m.m.2, they thanked of montreal and displayed the sunlandic twins for a few seconds!
