Is this "Umbrella" the same as the OTC track "Take The Time To Turn Around" or just coincidence?

I saw a track listed as being from the always red society on an early e6 sampler that was on ebay not too long ago. don't know if it was a song from this cassette or not. (as i've heard neither)
