Most of the songs seem to be in G ... so that should get you started ...

lower case is higher octave
/ = slide
Trombone: e/g-B-C-e-D
Trumpet: d-c-b-c
Trombone: e/g-B-C-e-
(both together, not sure what the trumpet part is, but the trombone goes:)
Trombone: f#-f#/g-a g-e
Trombone: B-C-A B-A-G
and, c'mon tab some stuff yourself-test your ears

agreed with glovguy. horns arent too hard to do, unless its big sections like broken social scene.
