..a day when monkeys and puppies can be simultaneously birthed from the same womb in a siamese fashion. they share the same heart, and what an enlarged heart brimming over with love it is.

on the same note, last night i dreamt i had lost my arms, and in my quest to learn to play the mountain goat's "anti music song", i grafted a goldfish to my chest. i'm not sure why or how i expected a goldfish to be able to strum a guitar, but in the dream it seemed to make perfect sense.

i woke up right after i'd finished sewing the fish to my chest.

How did you sew it to you chest, without using your arms?

with my fingers. even though they weren't there. it was more like "i've a goldfish and i need to play this song. i'm sure if it were on my chest i'd be able to accomplish my lofty goals. but how to get it to stay?" "i know! i'll sew it on!" and so it was done.

i guess by the time i'd decided to sew my aquatic friend to my epidermal layer, i'd recovered my arms, though by this point i had decided on a plan of action and was set to follow through with it.

's nonsensical tomfoolery, i know, but hey, it was a dream.
