I've got one of there albums, The Dream that Stuff was made of, and it got pretty boring fast. The song "Valerie Flames" is still pretty rad though.

I saw them last year, and they put on a fun show. They have a song with a whistling solo!

I like them. My brother-in-law got me both of their albums for Christmas, and I've been enjoying them a lot, particularly the first. I saw them last year with Dressy Bessy--their live act is really impressive.

I love 'em. The first album is fantastic. I also saw them live at a show with Ben Kweller, The Flaming Lips, and the Violent Femmes. Best $10 I ever spent.

i do like their albums a lot but i saw them at the empty bottle with the polyphonic spree and thought their live show lacked the trickery of their albums..built on squares was firmly planted in my cd player for about 4 months..might be a record.

they are really good, but like junior senior their music lacks replay value. i dont know if i would recommend either cd for purchase.
