Who: Eenie Meenie Records (www.eeniemeenie.com) needs very enthusiastic, hardworking indiepop/rock lovers
Where: West Hollywood (Melrose Ave.)
What: Unpaid internships ($10/day for lunch reimbursement)
When: Flexible scheduling (between 10am - 7pm)

Apply: Send resume, cover letter (why do you want to work here) and musical interests (favorite bands, desire to be in music biz, etc.).

The internship positions below can be combined depending on the skills you posses, what you want to learn and how much time you can dedicate. Although we can't pay very much money, it's important that you go away learning some new skills or insight into the indie record label business.

RETAIL intern: We have two big releases this fall (Ulysses & The High Water Marks) so that means we've got a lot of retail stores to contact!

Tasks:
- Call indie buyers and talk about our latest releases, upcoming tours, etc.
- Inquire about in-store performance and listening post possibilities, and whether we can send posters/fliers
- Make tour posters/fliers
- Send packages
- Make follow up phone calls

INTERNET MARKETING intern: This person needs to be Internet savvy and quite comfortable chatting amicably about music and various topics.

Tasks:
- Chat on message boards and email lists about our bands and latest releases (among other things)
- Input tour dates onto online calendars and submit dates to local newspapers
- Execute the Internet marketing plan that we receive from an outside company

RADIO intern:
- Make requests
- Formulate relationships with DJs
- Update the radio database

GENERAL OFFICE intern

Tasks:
- Package and send out most of our mailings (orders, promo items, press kits, etc.)
- Hole punch CDs / Scratch out barcodes
- Run errands (post office, storage, printer, etc.)
- Make tour posters and fliers
- Create press kits and help with booking bands
- etc.
