I'm still pumped from the show, so I can't stay at the computer, but I'll just say for now that it was an amazing show. I got to play percussion with the band for the last song, and it was the best thing ever. More details to come, hopefully others can fill in their stories too!

Alright I'll see what I can do. I really don't remember the order of songs, maybe someone wrote down a setlist? They took lots of requests after the first few songs. They did two songs, the 1st of which I can't remember and the 2nd of which was Gravity is Bringing us Down. During that song the rain started pouring, since it was overcast. The band retreated, and a lot of the crowd ran for cover along the edges of the facility, but me and my friends stayed! This was Beulah, for god's sake! The rained stopped after a few minutes of downpour, and soaked and refreshed the show continued. The band began with Emma Blowgun, which was amazing after technical difficulties with miles' guitar were fixed. The intro was actually longer because the guitar needed fixing, which made the buildup even cooler! As I recall, they played these other songs: A Good Man is Easy to Kill, Popular Mechanics, Gene Autry, Score from Augusta, Sunday Under Glass, Matter Vs. Space, If We Can Land... (amazing version!), Disco the Secrataries Blues, Ballad of the Lonely Argonaut (request by me and my friends!), Maroon Bible, Landslide Baby. For a few of the songs, people were invited up to play percussion instruments. This was my first (and last :( ) Beulah concert, and apparently they do usually do this at shows, but this was new and awesome for me. The Park Rangers (aka security here) were telling people to get out of the lane in the middle of the seating, but once they played argonaut, I ran up to the front because the song is so intense, even though I was already in the 4th row. I was quite excited. For their last song (which I recognized but cannot put a name to at the moment), I was in the front and got a shaker and ran up on stage with my friend who got a tambourine and we danced and played our instruments and had a wonderful time. The song ended and me and my friend and the five(ish) others that were also onstage shook hands and hugged all the band members and the show ended. It was a wonderful night. Hearing Argonaut, My Side of the City, and Maroon Bible (it was hard to hear that last one, but that's what we think it was) during the soundcheck while we waited for tickets was really exciting, and it was a great concert. I'm so glad I finally got to see Beulah, it was a great way to end their career. Harnk, I seriously don't know what to say. Clearly you were a really good fan and I hope my description made you feel a little better.

By the way, if anyone has any pictures of the show. that would be awesome! Especially the last song ;).

Oh, and they also did cover of The Talking Heads' "Psycho Killer" which was quite goofy, I must say.

Yeah, there were a lot of people. The maximum amount of tickets they were going to give out was 1200, and I'm not sure if they ever handed out all of them since I was at the front, but it seemed very well attended at least. I'm pretty tall (almost 6'4'') so I felt guilty about looking back at the crowd, but definitely a pretty full venue.

did they close with "waiting for the sunset? that would be such a beautiful way for them to go out, the lyrics are just perfect
