New. Earlier this year. What the hell?

that's nice. It happens though. I have a Flydaddy copy, unfortunately my inner sleeve is all wobbly.

I just find it really strange that Flydaddy pressings are still found new in stores when the label went bankrupt some 5 years ago.

I had no idea it was a special pressing, either. I just... bought it. I threw away the little sleeve on the inside (advertising Flydaddy) a few months ago, though.

are the flydaddy vinyls hard to come by then? i have both albums in excellent condition (although played an awful lot) on flydaddy. i knew the label went bankrupt, but was unaware that the vinyls are rare. whats the deal?

Well I don't know about the LPs... Mine is a CD. I took a picture of the side of the CD case but you can barely make out the Flydaddy symbol, and I still have the receipt from when I bought it back in March. For $9.99. :D
Most of the record stores I go to don't carry vinyl, but I'm trying to go to this one that's about 45 minutes away because they have a ton of stuff I can't find anywhere else. I'll look there.

I was lucky enough to find a flydaddy release of dusk with the bonus disk. 10$ I already had the cloud release, but decided to go for it anyway. I'm incredebly happy I did.

I finally caved in an rebought Black Foliage when I found a used flydaddy release for 10 bucks, it seems to me that it sounds a little less produced than the reissue, like i have to turn my radio up louder, and the booklet paper is cooler, and some subtle differences in artwork and color
Anyone else notice any differences in the actual album itself? i remember reading it was different which made me pick it up but i'm still searching through it

I just found out yesterday that my version is flydaddy, I wasn't aware there were multiple editions.

How does one tell if their edition is the flydaddy? Neither Dusk nor Black Foliage seem to have any label marking... only my copy of The Opera House single does, and that only exists from Flydaddy/Blue Rose right?

On the side of my Black Foliage CD it says "FLYDADDY". That was my hint.

Any of them the 2 CD version? Otherwise, no need to buy them.

No, sadly none of them were the 2 CD version. If only...

flydaddy = US press
blue rose = UK press
for example...i have the blue rose press of Dusk. its different because its a gatefold. and ive never seen another copy anywhere. the flydaddy presses will be easier to find
and about the label going bankrupt...its not unusual at all to find new vinyl from bankrupt labels. in fact, they are probably sitting on a big stack of OTC lps unless someone assumed the debt of the company and bought all their stock.
