mystery song

I first heard OTC on a mix cd a friend made for me. Though I have both major releases (Dusk and Foliage), there is a song on the mix that isn't on either LP.

It starts with just a guitar strumming, then breaks into full band (prominent lead guitar riff, a simple, repetetive one). Some sample lyrics: "...water flowing from your hair" "on a hilltop where I'll find you, where I'll find you..." "screaming light of love"

I apologize for being new to the boards and possibly for repeating a query for the umpteenth time, but I've reached the end of my research rope! Could anyone tell me the name of the song and/or any release info on it?

It's 'Love Athena' from the Singles record, released on Emperor Norton/Kindercore. Originally from the "California Demise" ep.
