I'm glad I found out about this E6 forum thing, always wondered that over at Bowlie there's (almost) nothing on The Essex Green, The Ladybugs and related bands. Anyway, brilliant bands, love their music very very much!
The Essex Green discography on the Elephant 6 site mentions those cassette only BROOKLYN BASEMENT TAPES.. has anyone heard songs off them and do they contain demos of their later releases or is this entirely new resp. unreleased material? ***** Cheers, weeman.

I sort of remember that a while back they were talking about releasing some of that stuff, but honestly it was so long ago that I remember just that.

I have never heard any of the basement recordings.
