yes, i do want to know the lyrics, if you can type them up... i'm planning on playing an acoustic/solo version of the song at a show soon.... or as soon as i figure the lyrics out...

I had tried to figure out the guitar for this song a while ago, and I got E -> C -> G -> D. However, I couldn't figure out what they were playing for the part where the lyics begin:

"Help me find the place where I belong..."

Also that goofy interlude where they whip out the big organ live I can't figure out. What do you play for those parts?

By the way, sorry man, I'm having just as much trouble with the lyrics or I'd help you out with those. =)

There you are.

Take me home just beside the sea
Come along and stay beside me
Help me find a place where I belong
We can run in the sun all day long
Turn around and find that life is a song

Feel the breeze of the ships sailing by
Birds on the wing and we are so high
Far away from the days when life was a drag
Here to stay is the best day that we've ever had
See you smile excavatingly.. blur, blur, blur....into my bed(??)

That's all. The accoustic version of that song would be fantastic, Gor for it. :D

thanks a lot... i think that last line is "see you smile when i reach way down in my bag"...

I'm sure the chords od that part is like this, F - E.
I just tryed playing and made it. :D

i think the chorus part is actually C - E...

and the weird part with the organ and kazoo and stuff, i think, is D - G - D - G - C - E...

C- E sound all right, you're right, probably. I'm not sure. :( What's kazoo?
That funny sound? :D [/quote]
