View Full Version : of montreal in east lansing on 4/12???

hey, i've got a question for you kids. i go to michigan state university, and the other day in the union i saw a flyer that said of montreal will be playing an outdoor concert at msu on saturday, april 12. the thing is, i've never heard anything else about this show, and it seems kinda weird that they would be playing here. don't get me wrong, it wold be awesome if they really came, but it just seems strange. what makes me even more suspicious is the fact that they already played in michigan on wednesday the 9th, then today they're in chicago, the 11th they're in wisconsin, and on the 13th they're in minnesota - so are they going to make a special trip between wisconsin and minnesota to come all the way back to michigan and play at "sparty's spring party" with a bunch of not-so-great local bands from east lansing??? it just seems fishy to me. anyway, i was just wondering if anyone can confirm this. thanks.

I go to Ramapo College of NJ...and heard they were going to play there as well. Then I found out it is true, oh happy day ;)

well, you digging up old posts inspired me to look at old posts too and I just learned that Jamey was the guy who came up with the name "Homestar Runner".
