California Demise lyrics?

is there any way to tell what's being said in California Demise 1? i'm fairly certain it's got a vocal part, however distorted, but i'm not sure if what's being said can be deciphered, or if it's too far beyond messed with for any chance of that.

I was wondering this EXACT SAME THING about 2 days ago. I was playing the record while lying down trying to nap and I thought to myself "maybe if I just focused a little harder I could make some of it out..." lol--good question.
