Hey, did Robert ever work with Japanese songwriter Cornelius? I'm listening to a song by him, and I swear I hear Robert singing in it.

The song "Chapter 8 - Seashore and Horizon -" is on Cornelius's 1998 album Fantasma. I think I remember hearing that he flew them over to Japan to do that song, which is awesome. I was just thinking about that tape rewinding effect in the song the other day. Too bad my cd isn't in it's case, because I really want to hear that now :)

And yeah, the song is on Fantasma which is a great album. Cornelius is a really cool guy, one of my favorite musicians.

he was touring in japan, and cornelius invited him to help compose and sing on the song. hilarie sings as well, and robert plays bass as well.

yeah, i went and found in on nice orange vinyl. The flow of the record is so lovely, even though that song with robert is soo different then the others.
