good book, interesting movie adaptation.
but i was just watching the part where laura comes back to rbs apartment and on the LP shlves is a poster:

The Ladybug Transistor and Of Montreal @ Shubbas

thought i was kinda neat.

anyone else read the book? its really good its about a record store owner so theres lots of musical references and music talk ad even a singer songwriter that performs and instore hehe.
highly recommended!

Haha yeah I remember seeing that. We watched it in my Film Club at school and I got super excited and pointed it out to my gf at the time.

i did enjoy reading high fidelity. i've got hornby's "how to be good" sitting right next to me, hopefully i will get around to reading it in the next few days.
