So I mentioned an instrumental concept mini-album I worked on for a while in september and august and here it is finally finished and mastered (by Craig from the Ideal Free Distro)!

It has 8 parts and im going to be making little picture-book inserts with pictures that follow the story and possibly a short story set to the music (my girlfriend is hopefully writing it right now haha) and its gonna be pretty neat when packaged. Its going to be a trifold booklet in a poly sleeve if youre interested in getting one for 7 dollars let me know (shipping included)!

Im really proud of it. Its an 8 track sequence: Wake Up Call, Driving (We Approach the Mountain), Climbing the Mountain, We Run Out of Water, It Rains on the Mountain, There is a Monster int eh Woods, Climbing The Mountain (again), On Top of the World.

I played all the instruments on it (piano, violin, banjo, bells, wineglasses, percussion, drums, violin-uke, melodica) BUT my bother played trumpet.

Hope you like it.

I would like to wholeheartedly recommend this. I rarely find stuff I like on myspace or anything like that but this is not only a cool little concept but its done well. I like it alot and have listened to it a bunch of times though by now I tend to goto the parts I like the best. Definitely the last part which starts around the 12:00 mark is my favorite. That's the title track right man? If you're on the fence, just pimp it out.
