What I would give to see Kevin perform as DJ List Christee. That sounds incredible. I hope Europe is fun, and Stomp is right, get some rest after this month, you all deserve it so much. Then come back on tour and visit my area frequently, lol.

Well, I think that after these December dates they don't have anything until the ATP vs. Pitchfork Festival in May, so five months of sleep out to be about enough to make up for this tour. Hopefully. :P

Yeah, but they will also be recording the new album, which isn't exactly easy work itself.

Hey guys, can't wait for the London show but I have a question regarding the age restrictions.
I'm 19 so it shouldn't affect me. But I wanted to bring somebody who is 17. The of Montreal site lists age restrictions as 16+, as does the Black Kids MySpace profile. But the ULU venue states clearly that it's over 18s.
Could anybody confirm?
Thanks,
i'll be at the london and dublin shows. I'm really excited to see Black Kids too :)

Hey guys, can't wait for the London show but I have a question regarding the age restrictions.
Official line from the promoters is:
"It’s 16+, please bring ID to get in if you’re under 18, or you look under 18."
See you there! I'll be the kid wondering what to do with 47659783653562 t-shirts and CDs ;)

Cheers, I just got an email from the venue contact to confirm that.
And hey, if you need to shift a couple of CDs and shirts under the wing, I might have a spare pocket or two.
Swoon.

My sentiments exactly!
Best with the European tour. My friends in Dublin will be going to the show. They're mad excited. I'm totally envious and wish I could have concocted a justification for a trans-Atlantic trip.
Then, may the new year bring you the respite you all may need.

Hi Everyone. My first post here, as I saw Of Monreal for the first time last night at ULU and was, as you might imagine, blown away! Absolutely stonkingly good show! A real delight to hear all those songs in a live setting.

their show last night in Paradiso Amsterdam was great, they started with a long and loud Past is a grotesque animal. They had fun too apparently, since they are playing an extra show this night, which sadly I can't attend... meaning this will be the first of montreal show in the netherlands I'm not attending. but yesterday was fun, especially Gronlandic edit was great, and Heimdalsgate as the last song! a very loud She's a rejecter made the circle round. the crowd loved them, that was sweet (and unexpected for me).
